Crucially, in this round, participants are encouraged to utilize AI tools (like Gemini, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to enhance speed, generate boilerplates, and optimize workflow. The goal is to evaluate the effective integration of AI into the development pipeline.

Focus: Responsive design, UI/UX implementation, efficient AI integration.
Rule: AI tools are allowed and evaluated for smart usage.
